Jim Fox is responsible for the administration of corporate operations and projects. He manages the project organization, scheduling, scope definition, manpower planning, budgeting, expediting the various design disciplines, as well as monitoring their quality and progress. For selected projects, he serves as the upper level liaison with our client.
